14-day refund window

We want you to be happy with Pedal Bench Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment or any renewal payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email Hello@AmpedStrings.com with your order details and we'll help you through Paddle.

After cancelling or refunding

• Cancellation: your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period; no further charges occur.
• Refund granted: your Pro access ends and your account reverts to the Free plan.
• Monthly ↔ Yearly switch: handled by Paddle and prorated immediately.
